has anyone every done one of the hid light kits the problem Im having is when I power up the lights they blink on and off even with a relay hooked up im using 9007 with high and low beam when I put my test light on the factory wire it pulsates but when I plug the factory light back in I get straight power whats going on

have you checked the ground going into the hid lights
