I've been reading a lot about wiring LED"s and am a little confused.  Here is what I want to do.  I've got some plexi in my door panels that I've sanded and I want to light up.  And I've also got some plexi in the trunk that I want to light up also.  If I have like 10 LEDS in each door and then 10 in the back so that's a total of 50 LED's.  Can I hook all of them up to the same switch or do I need to use multiple switches?

For the resistors I'm using the following website as a reference for my resistors

https://led.linear1.org/led.wiz

For the quantity do I need to put 50 total or 10 total?  I'd like to have it all hooked up to one switch if possible.  But if I can't then multiple switches is ok and I think that would answer my question to 10 LED per switch but just wanted to I guess find out if I could connect them all to the same switch.

Thanks in advance

I would say it would depend on the switch. The switch must be able to support the load (amp draw) if it does one switch would work. I have set up many different setups where LED's are used and have had over 100 set up to one switch (Relay).

So YES if the switchs supports the load.
