Hi all, my brother recently just purchased a 1990 Toyota Corolla Seca, and the previous owners have shaved the indicators. In doing this they have left the indicators attached to the harness, and left them hanging in the engine bay, bouncing around, causing the bulbs to break and making the indicators flash fast. Now my question is, is it possible to remove those harnesses and keep the indicator function normal(maintaining the circuit)? If so how would i go about this?

You would either have to install load resistors to simular the missing bulb or replace the flasher.

ok thanks, how would i work out the resistor size based on the wattage of the bulb?

This may be cheating but go to your local auto store and buy an electric relay. You probably have a thermal relay and can get it to flash slower with an electric one.
