Lights I bought are L&R Projector Headlights w/ Angeleye Halo & LEDs. (2lhpipa00jmbtm made by junyan in Taiwan.)

They come with no instructions, the connector is plug and play (but there's extra wires for LEDs and Angel Eyes).
I want to understand how to connect the extra wires.

Each headlight unit has 2 extra black wires and 2 white striped wires.
(1black,1white stripe coming from LEDs and 1black,1white stripe coming from Angel Eyes)

Has anyone installed projection lights on an 2002 impala?
I've read that I can wire the LEDs/Angel Eyes to Parking light/Blinker,
but don't know which wires on Impala are Parking Light/Blinker.
Also, if black ones on lights are for ground.

Thanks

Black is typically ground. By theory, LEDs will allow power to flow in only one direction. If your DMM can test diodes, that could be helpful, otherwise you might try Ohms. One direction should read infinite resistance the other should be readable.

Since you are at the head light already, why not tap into the wires that feed the running lights? I believe the angel eyes are a type of CCFL and I don't think the transformer will like blinking, so if you have clearance or strictly running lights, I would use that wire.

Issue 1 - Turn signals don't blink.
Issue 2 - Where to t-tap angeleyes/leds

The projector headlights plug n play connector is connected to main engine harness. The light bulb for turn signal is on but will not blink when I turn left or right! The message center shows the L-turn & R-turn arrows and make a fast clicking sound. Highbeam/lowbeam/turn lights all work with old headlights.

The Angeleye Halo & LEDs are not hooked up yet. Will these t-tap to main engine harness or the headlamp wires running from the bulbs to the connectors.

LED's don't draw as much current incandescent lamps, so you might have to add a resistor or use an electronic flasher.

I would tap them in at the cleanest place, but I wouldn't use t-taps. It would also be nice to only splice in the new harness so you aren't messing with the stock and should you want to take it out, you just have to unplug it.

I also recently purchased said headlights, and i replaced the leds an halo bulbs with the blue ones but on the LED's the blue dosnt lite up, but i only ran one black an one white to the connector, im thinking i need to do all three of the original blacks into one? also y blinkers are doin the same thing staying fully illuminated to where u cant tell that they are blinking, and at double the rate of the normal blinker! what type of resistors should i get for the blinker and also how do i wire it to where all my lights are on minus the Brights?

davemarr, did you have any luck figuring out why the blinkers don't blink. I haven't had much time to play with them.

ya i talked to a guy who switched the ground an power wire from the blinker an he said they worked fine , also he wired his halos and led's into the fog lights so he can turn them all on, which is the same for me as soon as i get the time

What do you mean by switch the wires? How did he do that?
Did he keep the same bulb and bulb socket that came with the Projector lamps?

Thanks

doodie here it is "well, i figures it out my self on the lights to make them blink the way they are supposed to. take the two hot wires on the blinker light and switch them around. thats it! bamm, they are fixed, that simple. on the lights, i hooked up the halos and the led's all together to my fog light wire harness. so when i put them all they all come all at once." thats exactly what he told me

I’ll play around with wires this weekend. I’ll switch the two hot wires around and see if that works. Don’t know how that could work since one of them is ground. BTW, there are 3 wires that are on the bulb socket at the lamp itself, black, yellow and white. (the way I have them now, black is ground, yellow is turn signal, and white is park/daytime) I have the LEDs/Halos wired to white. (So they are on when I drive on road).
Which of the 3 colors would the 2 hotwires be (yellow and black, or yellow and white, or white and black). I guess I can play around... as long as nothing blows up... ha. Do you have the exact headlamps I have…2lhpipa00jmbtm made by junyan
