Is the output on a standard flasher relay an on/off or is there some shunting

2 pin you just put one lead to a (+) input and the other lead to the device (+) that you want to trigger.

I am trying to hold flasher  output voltage momentarily using cap but cannot hold the voltage. need 1 sec over relay coils
