Hello everyone,

I am currently working on a projector retrofit into my factory dodge ram headlights.  The components I am using are:

Acura TL Bi-xenon projectors/solenoids

Hella Gen III ballasts (angled connector)

The retrofit of putting the projectors inside the housing is just about done and I have been looking into the wiring portion but I am not very good at this part.  I purchased a premade 9007 bi-xenon harness with relays to draw power off the battery instead of the stock wiring.  The problem though, is that the system flickers.

I know the dodges have that system that checks for resistance on a circuit and if too little is there it shuts down the headlights causing the flickering.

Any ideas on how I can get around this?  I have heard of people saying there is a relay that has a resistor built into it which helps but does anyone know the part number for this?  I need to look closer at the harness to also make sure a relay socket was used.  If not is there a vendor/classified section here where I can request someone to make me a new harness that will fit my needs?  I need one that will take a 9007 factory connection and power my ballasts from the battery.  Then when hi-beams are turned on, keep the ballast running but apply power to my tl solenoids to hold the shutter open.

If I left out any pertinent information about my vehicle or any of its components please let me know.

Also the truck does NOT have daytime running lights. I know that is an issue in some cases.

i can probably help with that....the question that I have is do you know how to the hi beam motor works??? how is that wiring???  We have the harnesses made already but need to know about the hi beam part.  Explain that part and how may extra wires are left and then we can find a solution.
