I replaced my standard bulbs with 3057 LEDs in my Dodge Ram tails and when the parking lights are on they are lit, when I hit the brakes they blink and no turn signals work in the rear. I also have a "ights out" idiot light on my instrument panel lit up. I know the truck doesnt see the LEDs back there due to no or less resistance in the circuit but IDK how to make it do otherwise. Can someone please help me out?

GROTE makes an LED flasher for your truck. the have 2 prong, 3 prong, and 5 prong flashers for led lighting.
