Friend of mine bought a Japan Spec front end for his 94 Acura Integra and I'll be wiring the headlights and side markers for him. That's simple enough.
However he wants it wired up so that when the high beams are on both his HID low beam and halogen high beam are on. How do I wire this up?

You will need to do this on each side of the vehicle.

Are you talking about when none of his lights were already on?
