Hi, i own a 91 subaru liberty but have the front of a rs turbo which has HID fog lights.

I want to wire them up but I not sure on what kind of ballast i need for them and what else i need to set them up running on an independant switch on the dashboard.

From what i can read on the globes they say:
Koito H3 12v 55watts

If that info is printed on the bulb itself, they are not HIDs. If you still want to connect them, let me know.
