I need someone to tell me:

The color of the

-brake light wire

-Left blinker wire

-Right blinker wire

-Tail light wire

I bought the right trailer light hookup package with the splitter box to make it work because the 95 ranger has seperate orange blinker lights, and I just ground the other wire to the frame somewhere right???

Do you have access to a volt meter? Have you tried removing the light assembly and looking to see if there is only one wire going to some of the bulbs?

Not sure what you're asking for..

are you looking for the wire colors on the vehicle for each light mentioned? Have you considered one of these (or do you already have it?)

Or are you asking what each color wire is for on the trailer wiring harness?
