I am looking for a true 1000 rms amp and to be honest i have no clue who is good or who is junk. i haven't bought an amp in almost 10 years. The most i am willing to spend is 300. there are no local shops besides best buy(i refuse to go there) and i don't want to buy off of ebay so any sites would also be appreciated.

I don't think you'll be able to buy a Good quality 1000watt Rms amp for $300 man. Even if it was the crappiest they would still charge about $400-450
