I have a direct plug n play hid conversion kit installed in my car that i bought off of ebay. i had them installed for over a year with no problemz. Now i notice them flickering if i turn them on and the car is not running. As long as the engine running the lightz wont flicker. Can someone help me out with this problem please?

Keep the engine running!

Most HID ballasts/starters, are very sesative to voltage AND ground!
