Did a hid install in a 09 Wrangler.  When you start  the engine and turn the lights on, the lights come on for a few seconds, flicker, then turn off.  The relay harness is installed.  Tested the relay coming from the factory plug and noticed a voltage drop. It went from 12-13 volts (engine off, lights on ) to 8-9 volts (engine on, lights on).  Any Ideas or solutions on how fix this, or make it work so the customer can have his hid's work properly ?

Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

This is such a comon problem with Dodge, Jeep & Chrsyler vehicles. Most of these vehicles require a LCM for each light and each beam ( low and high  )
