fuse is good, the seat belt light and right turn signal light come on when i start the truck, than goes off.  other than that no other lights work besides the lights on the radio.  could someone help me with things to  check or could give me ideas of adding new lights (wanting to convert to leds eventually) and rewire them to the light switch to give me gauge and dash lights (ac panel, gauges, etc)

If the lights on the radio are working, you could have burnt out bulbs.

reasopn why i dont think they are burnt out is because the right turn signal and seat belt light come on when i start the truck than go off, so i know the right ts light works and when i use the turn signal it doesnt come on and blink (on the cluster)

Check every fuse in all fuse boxes, both inside and underhood. Use a volt meter to check them.

pull the cluster and check for voltage on the illumination wire. if you dont have any voltage there, its possibly An open somewhere in the wire. you may need to run a new one to the dimmer switch.
