I take it as a joke.
Whether for fog or headlight, blue is not the color.

The whites may have potential ....
But for headlights - probably not. The spread should be totally different from a foglight.
Besides, from some bling foglights I bought year ago, I suspect "foglights" means they see your lights - not that you see through the fog! (IMO they were glorified parking lights.) (My Bi-Oscars were good for fog! So too my spots.)

Looking at the lamp construction, there is no way it will provide a reasonably focused footprint on the road (for headlights) - QH & other bulbs more of a point source.

Someone recently posted a link to 7" round LED beams (with 60 or more LEDs) which sounded ok - they were in the USA which may provide some buyer protection. At least that is integral with reflector & lens - it is difficult (and often illegal) to change bulb types (ie, construction) and maintain good focus. Some bad matched tend to end up with high lead concentration (though we tend to use bricks or firebombs down-under here due to firearm suppression).

PS - the post was have you seen the 600 led headlights?. It's link should be to Truck-lite's 7" Round 12v LED Headlamp
