dual projector retrofit 2003 msp

My car is a 2003.5 Mazdaspeed Protege with original headlights.

I've seen several how to video's on # about how to install a projector headlight fixture into a reflector type headlight. This made me really want to try it out myself because NOBODY makes after-market projector headlights for my car. I've seen a few people who have a company do it for them for this car but I don't have 4-600 dollars to blow on that.

So the other day my friend and I hit up our local junk yard for cool stuff while I was there I found TWO PAIRS of 1992 Lexus ES 300 projector fog lights and ended up paying about 5 bucks each (don't tell the cashier what car their from or they will charge you WAY more.

So now I have 4 identical projector fixtures that all have a shield in them so they only shine from the horizontal down. I was un-aware of that when I bought them(newbie) and was planing on putting one in each headlight and using the other two as fog lights. this won't work however because then I won't have high-beams. SO now my evil master plan it to squeeze each pair into each headlight and have one of them in each headlight upside down to use as my high-beams.I realize this might lead to some fairy serious re-wiring because the original lights have one halogen bulb for high and low beams but that shouldn't be to much of a problem(cross my fingers and add more switches inside if necessary I guess).

So what do you guy's think about having one upside-down, and also anyone with yellow headlights do you like them? I've never seen anyone do it this way before, but don't see anything wrong with the concept and I've done some rough measurements and they should fit.

NOBODY??? even opinions on the yellow lights??? I might end up just using a pair for fog lights then if no one thinks this a good idea.
