Hi, I have a 2005 Saab 9-3 and I need help wiring my LED emergency lights. This is the first time I have ever attempted to wire anything because my other 2 emergency lights use a cigarette lighter switch. I would like to have my wires go to the fuse box so what do I need to buy? My friend suggested to wire them to a "hot" wire under my dash and my other friend suggested to wire to the fuse box.

Thanks in advanced!!

You could probably wire them anywhere if they are LEDs and hence low current.

It could be its own fused circuit from the battery.
This is preferable because it is independent of any other circuit - ie, if you main fuselinks(s) or fuses blow, power from under the dash or fusebox will probably be dead.
