does anyone know of strobe light systems that can flash parking lights, brake lights, headlights, all at the same time with alternating flashing like the brake lights would flash a certain speed, parking lights a different speed... so on and so fouth??? please let me know!!!!

Sounds like a hideaway strobe system. I install all the time in police cars but would take a little tweaking to do the different timing. Not impossible, you just need to adjust the patterns to something you like and probably a couple different strobe packs instead of one big one. Check out Whelen.com. They have been in the strobe game longer than anyone!
