I am wirering these L.E.D's into a 12V motorcycle battery, the L.E.D's are the ones built into bolts, and the description of item is

"The LED consists of 30cm(~12") 2 wires cable, Professional pick resistors for 12VDC power system for this LED, 3 x heat shrink covering the LED leads(2), a large one covering the leads, one resistor, and one Chrome Holder

This LED is designed for Plug & Play for all kind of 12VDC power system. No matter you wire them in your car, your motorcycle, your boat, and in your house. You will get them plug & play with the 12VDC power!"

Here is a picture I quickly made on MS paint, I just want to make sure this will work, and if it will what fuse should I buy? Thanks! posted_image

It will work but you won't be able to turn on the red lights if the yellow lights are not on.

It will work but if you connect the input wire of the red LEDs to the back side of the fuse before the switch you currently have, you can operate the red LEDs independently. You will have a switch for yellow and a switch for the red to run both, neither, or red or yellow independently.

And why not have a few in series to save resistors, work, & power?

I am guessing that from what the description says, each LED has its own resistor. If you were going to do it with just loose LEDs, then yes, you could save some time and series the LEDs with a single resistor.
