I installed an hid in an 08 ford fusion with a relay harness at first not realizing that the headlight where computerized. So then I wired the ballasts directly to the headlight plugs. At first they worked great but then the left headlight (low beam only) stopped working. I got a new ballast and bulb still nothing. Is there a fuse for each headlamp low beam or is there just one for the both of them. If not what could it be??

Look in the owners manual or on the cover for the fusebox, one of those 2 locations should tell you what each fuse is for.

yea but i was told that there is one fuse for both low beams because they are computerized. only the fusion that comes with factory hids has 1 fuse for each headlight low beam
