I was gonna say yes provided it's not used for anything.... but why attach a wire to the bulb? RFI perhaps?

I bought a 6k motorcycle kit from hidnation.com for my 01 suzuki bandit. But it looks like they just take a car kit and give you one side so the wires to the bulb are short. I was hoping to mount the ballast in the back. I took apart the fairings today and found a spot under the headlight assy.
Thanks again

Ah - now it makes sense.... thanks!
It sounds like you found the best solution. The bulbs use high voltage (~400V? DC) so that's an issue - lowish current but need good insulation. And if it's noisy DC, interference to other things could be an issue....
Congrats.
