I installed 2 12" neon tubes under my seats.  Now my dash lights do not work.  I disconnected lights, still neons dont work.  I have no clue what is going on.  I checked all fuses.

Did you check your fuses for continuity with a Digital Multimeter or just visually. I've had many fuses go bad even though they looked fine. When I continuity checked them, they were blown. What power sources did you use for the neons?
