i bought some super white leds from ebay.... i have 20 leds to a 12v but its not as bright as like the new flashlight with like 6 leds... am i doing something wrong

Yeah - it looks like you bought cream ones instead of white, but at least they're probably brighter than black. 
Maybe they are not rated as bright as the torched you are comparing to.
Otherwise, do you have the correct resistance value? They are probably 20mA as opposed to the really bright torches that use squarish LEDs (Cree) which take more than 20mA.
