I gave 2009 chev Sierra I'm having trouble driver side head light terns on the r.est won't it has daytime running lights I have power at the plug but not past the box please help

The "Box" is the ballast for HIDs. Power coming from that BOX is going to be very high, so how are you measuring it? Line voltages usually run 240V or 277V for 100W through 400W lamps; and 480V for 700W and 1000W lamps.

10 to 1, your ballast is bad, and needs replaced, if you got no power past it.
