Best way to mount auxiliary lights?

I don't want to drill any holes at all. I was wondering if there's some kind of though adhesive that will stand the canadian winter. Some lights come with a double sided mounting tape, but how good is it?
Anu help/ideas will be appreciated, thanks.

Not sure what type of lights you are talking about but many times it is possible to mount lighting products to a bracket that you make yourself and then attach that bracket to the vehicle using existing body bolts, like slipping the bracket between the bumper and grille and attaching it to the radiator support. Home Depot has a nice selection of steel bar stock that you can bend in a bench vise. If it is exterior a good coat of epoxy paint should do well through the winters. If you want to go the adhesive route I would recommend the 3M VHB (very high bond) I usually get mine from a body shop supply company locally.

I was talking about auxiliary/fog lamps that you install below the headlights. Thanks for the tips!
