82 Corvette making my own relay harness will have 10ga wire from alternator to 30 amp circuit breaker 10ga to relays. I want to use the smallest ga wire I can from relays to headlights, I am using 50/60 halogen lights I am guessing 12ga would give me full voltage but can I use 14ga?

Thanks for any replys

Floyd

Are you fusing the left and right headlights individually? Either way, 14ga is way more than adequate.

Don't the wires run through one of the pivots? might be limited by gauge there, no room. 14 gauge should be fine. Isn't the alternator on the left side of the engine.
