Can someone explain to me or make a diagram to follow.

Want to install 4x led spotlights on my truck without relay (i am sure of my wire guage and fuse and lights), and want put an inline fuse as well as an on/off switch, using 12v+ from either my dash fusebox, or the underhood fusebox, where ever i have a free spot that gets 12v+ when car is on. Would like to make new circuit ve tapping into an existing one.
