Hello. My bank of relays are all wired for negative triggers. I recently came across a YouTube video to use a SPDT switch to either switch LED Pods reverse lights on with the stock lights, or to turn them on manually. However, the circuit uses the +12 wire from the stock backup lights to drive the LED Pods, switchinng the positive. I really don't want to run another relay just to switch the polarity. I know a NPN transistor would do the job. I need to know which transistor to use, and a diagram to hook it up. +12V switching -12V, to send a negative trigger signal to the LED Pods relay.

Thank you all for your help.

James
