Good day! I'm looking for some advice on the led headlight bulbs i purchased for my van. When I plug them in to factory bulb plugs only high beam works when turned on in either position. I had this problem in my previous caravan and switched the terminals around in the factory connector which allowed them to work. Only the flash to pass function was inoperative. It seems that the leds have diodes built in that prevent them from being polarity sensitive. Caravan headlights are driven from the front control module but have no diagnostic function built in so resistors should not be necessary. Has anyone else run into this problem with a dodge vehicle?

Your vehicle uses 9007 bulbs for headlights. The ones you bought are likely 9004. The plug is the same but pin out is different:
