whats up every body well i wanted to know were can i find the parking circuit for my 2000 neon, because i bought some lights for the car and it says splice into the parking or headlight circuit hollar back

ok your parking light wire is a positive(+) black with yellow at the steering colum, your headlamp wire is violet whitealso in the sterriong column this is where the wire's are inside the car. If you want to get it outside in the engine bay to trigger a relay then you will need to go to the parking light and check with a test light or dmm for the wire.this wire in either place should show 12 volts (+) when the parking light switch is on .
