this may be a dumb question but i'm new at this whole car thing, but how the hell do i get these little guys in the vents. Where do i take the vents off from? Does anyone have any pics or anything that could help me. I have a 2000 isuzu Rodeo if that helps. And also, where would i hook the wires up to? could i hook em up directly to the battery terminal, or would that burn the wire or something?

goto Varad. com and they sell the Hyper LEDs... the pic shows them inside of air vents and pretty much everywhere else in the car.... thats what i'm going to do with mine also... but i havent found the right LEDs yet.

are you able to take off the air vent covers and get in there?... i've got a '97 Integra and it's much easier for me to take off the dash (which isnt to difficult) and install them that way

oh those heh yeah I know what ya mean now.
where you wire them for power depends on what you want them to do.. if you just want them switched, wire them through a relay to a constant +12V path with a switch placed somewhere.
putting them in the vents again depends on the car. hot glue, velcro, etc.. depends how ya want to affix them back there

try taking out the bezel for the vent on the drivers side.. then drill a small hole to fit them threw

the center vents... try taking out your stereo and getting to them that way...

the passenger vent... try takeing out the glove box and getting to it

usually, the air vent is going to be pretty sealed.  so the only way to really get in there is from the front.  or at least the easiest way.  mine you can yank out.  you may get to the vent part from in the dash and drill a hole in it, then put in the led.  varad leds work really really nicely by the way.  i have a few on my alarm, and i just cut that whole little resistor box off of them and they are so freaking bright.  i have one on each A pillar and if i close up my garage and its dark they'll light up the whole walls of the garage.
