Check all the light bulbs in the vehicle. Varify that the flashing relay is operational.

by looking at the fuses. My tester was not working so I pulled the fuses and looked at the and even replaced the related ones. The bulbs was only by looking. Thank you for your reply.

When you hit the four way hazard botton, does it make a clicking noise?

I was told there is a relay for the signals/flasher, do you happen to know if this could be the problem and where is it located. I do not have the owner manual. Thank you

It sounds to me, that the flashing module is dead. Take a few minutes to call the dealer for the exact location of the device, as well as the price for it.
I left a message with a Toyota Master Mechanic here. He has not gotten back to me with the exact location of this unit.

thank you I appreciate your effort. It is realy hard to drive without the signal lights. I went to the dealer today who suggested ato change the flashing relay which I presume you are calling a flashing module. Cost is around $50. Hope that this is the problem and I could replace it. Pls let me if you find out about the location. I think it is at the left kick pannel by the fuses. but which one I do not know. Thanks.

You know I totaly forgot to ask you the trim model. Which model Camry is this?
Also, you may want to inspect the simple things like the actual switch that activates the 4 way hazards.
Engage the switch on-ff and measure the resistance of the switch with a DMM. Since this is also in series to the flashing module, this could very well be a simple $5.00 fix, opposed to the $50.00 for the flashing relay.
BTW: You do not neccessarly need to purchase the OEM unit. You can go to any auto parts store and get a generic one, at the third of the costs.
Just a thought.

Thank you TAKEN for your help. I bought the flashing module from the dealer. I could not find it any where else. When I took the cover under the steering column to replace the module I found out that somebody stole the module from my car which is funny. I placed the module and every thing back to normal. Thanks for your trouble

Usually, not saying always, the fuse panel covers have a brief description as to what fuse goes to what and what relay or flasher is for what, just a suggestion if it helps any.
