Turn on parking lights and no probplem, when I turn the switch to headlight mode all the lights go out, basically no headlights and no parking lights.

So did this just all of a sudden happen or was something added to the vehicle like a car alarm or stereo?

Actually I am trying to help out a friend, she had her stereo ripped off and wires are everywhere, guess I'm just gonna have her take it to someone who deals with that kind of thing.

I know that the doom light is integrated to the factory radio and so is the factory keyless entry but i haven't heard anything about the headlights or parking lights tied into the radio harness.
