I purchased a pair of H3 bulbs and lamp-housings to add foglights to my car, but I don't know how to connect the wires to these bulbs since they don't have any sockets. I don't know if sockets are available (did a few searches on the internet but did not find any) or I have to screw one wire to the metal body and solder the other wire(the pigtail wire). Thanks.

I'm not sure what you are going to be able to do.

In my car that came with fog lights that use the H3 bulbs, the retaining clip for the bulb itself doubles as the ground for the circuit.

Maybe you could use the fog light assembly out of another car?
