my brother's having a small problem with his 98 cr-v.  The left turn signal is flashing 2x as fast as it normally should.  what's the normal cause of this?  i have to look at it still, but maybe i can get a hint on what i should be looking for.  obviously, i'll check the fuses.

There's a burned out bulb in the left side of the car. It may be a turn signal in the back, front or bumper. Just check all of them with a DMM.
