OK i was checking out my alarm system in my 98 blazer and i moved a couple wires around but then put everything back together.  I started driving and i noticed my turn signals werent flashing outside or  inside. i got off and looked at the fuses and the siggaret lighter fuse was busted, i go to get my fuse tester and i try to check the fuses in the inside and every fuse causes a spark.   does any one know what the problem could be ( i have to push the hazard button like 3 times in order for it to turn on and it also turns off.)

any help would be great

When I was installing my system I don't remember messing around with wires underneath the instrument panel buy my blinkers went out about a week afterwords.  I think is was a factory defect on my 04 hyndai, but if could have been be messing around with the electrical system.  I took it in for an inspection and they checked the fuse, flasher relay, flasher modual, and flasher switch only to find a loose wire on the flasher switch.  When I was driving home I noticed that they still didn't work.

The second time I took it back they ordered a new turn signal switch and solved the problem.  You should check all the parts I mentioned if you know how using  a multimeter.  Why did you say that every fuse causes a spark?
