I have an Olds Delta 88, and I need to know if there is a wiring harness or something like it that would allow all four of the 9004 series bulbs to work at the same time? It has 4 low beam and 4 high beam, yet only the outer low beams work on low and the innear high beams work on high. I would like to have 4 low beams and 4 high beams at once, if that is possible?

or you could try giving your low beams power from the high beams with a relays
