That sounds like something you can do with a pulse relay timer or you can wait 5 seconds after you decide to turn on your headlights then turn them on
. Anyways, you can find the prt at tweeter for about 20 dollars. If you could post a little more information as to what this delay is to accomplish there may be a simpler solution.
