I have a 97 jeep wrangler with a viper alarm

When I plug in my cell phone charger the blinker module buzzes loudly. And when I signal the buzzing modulates more/less.

Any suggestions?

Bad ground?

burnt out flasher. Buy for for 4 bucks and replace it.
