Does anyone know what the best - and most cost effective system for H.I.D. conversion.
My customer wants the light to be slightly bluish like the Acuras. I have been told that it would have to be about 6000k but I'm not sure.

Ahh just tell them it is not DOT compliant and that you can't do them.

Try here......they are D.O.T. approved, and probably one of the best prices you'll find. -------------

Just make sure that the customer wants a kit and not what most people want, retrofit. If a customer comes in with HID's and can't provide proof of where they got them ie Dealership parts reciept, then don't do it. HID's are high on the stolen list lately.
