My 95 civic keeps blowing the 15 amp fuse every time I turn on the running lights. This just started and was working fine previously. If I turn on the turn signals, no problem, flash my high beams, no problem. Just when I turn on the running lights, blows the fuse. If I continue to headlightd, they work fine, but no running lights.

Any help would be appreciated.

First, is there anything that ties into that wire like an alarm or a recent radio installation? Second, have you recently replace any of the bulbs in the vehicle? If the answer is no the the previous questions then there is a short in the wire somewhere and it could be anywhere from under the dash, running down the driver's side of the car into the trunk, or running from the fuse box through the firewall and to the headlights.
