I was changing my headlights when my both my parking lights went out. The blinker and hazards still works, but the parking lights in the front and rear are both out. I measured the voltage on the constant wire and it seems like it's not getting any power....any ideas guys? Thanks.

check fuses. make/model? find out where the wire goes, test it along its track back to the fuse box. check 12 volk on battery side of fuse to make sure electricity is getting that far, if its not... well... hmm. heh. its 3 am. i'm tired. sorry.

Thanks for your reply. It's a 04 civic. I was replacing my stock with projector lights. Everything else is fine. The constant was working one minute and the next it was not. The rear parking lights doesn't work either. The only thing i can think of is the fuse, but could it be anything else? Cause getting to the fuse on Hondas are a pain in the ass.

try... for five seconds, backing up as it were. return to standard lamps. it may be that the driving lamps are on the same circuit or something. I'm definately not an expert on this type of car tho. you COULD get the wiring diagram for it, stare at it for a while and figure out where the source for the parking lamps is coming from.
i understand about fuse locations. you have to stand on your head, then 'fall' into the foot space on teh driver side of my car so that your head is touching the brake pedal, then you have 4 inches between your nose and the wiring center on the old german car i have. Not to mention the fuses are not 'see thorugh' so you have to use a continuity tester on each. *Sigh*
i hope you find a solution... you could always 'Bypass' the driving lamps completely - run another wire - but only if all other options are burned out for you.

This is pretty wierd. The low, high, and parking lights all have their own separate wires. I'm using the exact same parking bulbs on the stock lights but it's still not working. But the thing is, it's not just the front, the rear is also not working, so i'm not sure what exactly it is. It's unusual when both front and rear parking lights are out.

did you ... ah... did you check the fuse? the battery side of the fuse? if there's twelve volts there you know the problem is between fuse box and lamps, along the wiring... which is scary all in its own right.
