alright i got a question...i got 2 10inch neon sticks...i was wondering if there is an easy way to install a toggle switch on my dash and can turn the lights on and off...if there is how would i got about doing so?

Very simple.

All you need is a 12volt relay, a switch, and some wire. Find out where you want to install the switch, and the relay. Run the wires through to where the switch and relay are going to be.  Attach power wire to battery, to the switch, and to the relay. Ground the relay and run the power wire that comes off the relay to the neons. Then just ground the neons and you're finished. Use the diagram on the relay box for all the conections.
