Ok i got a couple lights i'm putting on the roof of my jeep, but the instrustions for the switches were weird so i'm trying to figure it out... Please help..

It's a rocker switch with four prongs on the back, the first time i wired it a blew the stupid fuse... Please help, I know there should be a power in (from batter), power out (to lights), and a ground for the switch so the light lights up. Please help which goes where????

Since I don't know from the switch, use a DMM to test continuity between two of the terminals when you switch and then you know which ones are switched. I thought usually ground was on bottom. Four terminals? Maybe Power In, Power Out, Power for Light, and Ground?
