Does any one know where i could find a HID system for 97 F-150?  I don't have the best vision and the brighter my lights are, the easier it is for me to drive.

Can't help you with locating them.
I will recommend not to do it for several reasons:
1. HIDs are single beam- you will not have a high beam
2. The light source in an HID is curved, and unless you
replace the entire lamp assembly, the focus will be
incorrect. It is also illegal in the US, Canada, and EU

I would recommend an external lamp solution. Either some auxilar low beams to help out there or some driving lights (either HID or halogen) to aid the high beams
