I have a kawasaki zx9 motorcycle that i installed a rear taillight with led tail and directionals built in.  I also have a undertail that also has directional in it.. Right now when i turn on my directional both directionals turn on.  I am trying to figure out a way to wire them so when one goes on the other goes off and vice verse.

thanks

Assuming these are all 12vdc signals then you can disconnect the bottom directional.  Connect a relay as follows:

Pin 85 - Top directional 12vdc switched turn on

Pin 86 - ground

Pin 30 - 12vdc

Pin 87A - Lower directional

The only problem with this is that the lower directional will be on at all times.  You can use another relay in line with Pin 30 and the 'momantary to constant' modification to fix that problem!
