ok well i was just wondering about rear lights you know how your or people have stardard rear or front light but that are black or have a black tinge? is that just tint film or what can someone please help me thanx

There are some spray tints that you can use. You can also use vinyl or other materials that mask but allow light to pass through.

Or you can use the red tail light paint from autobarn and build it up with a few layers...

those do look nice but if i was you i would check local law and see if they are ilegal. they are in my town(these cops s@#$). but before you do something that will be hard do remove if at all. check or you could find your self pulled over and ticketed alot or buying new tail lights.

just a thought good luck, that is a nice look though.

For me, used taillights can be bought cheap, like probably cheaper than cheap aftermarket ones. I've never had a problem, and I almost thought I would since they look so dark. Had a friend drive with the headlight covers on his Mustang for a couple years. He either didn't like them anymore, was told to take them off, or they cracked like mine did on the Cougar.

The nice things about these are that they don't crack and you can make them light or dark. Those Cavalier ones almost look stock, and I can't tell, but if they were compared to stock I could tell. So my brother doesn't have to worry about his at all.

Im getting clear headlight covers and just painting eyebrows on em.
