I have installed 4 under body neon tubes as well as on the front liscense plate. When the neons are turned on I get interference on some dash lights in the form of flickering. The car is a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix.  The lighs that are affected are for the radio and the mileage/enginemaintenance/super charger boost indicator. What causes this? What is the cure? Help please

It sounds like you tapped into an ignition source for your power that also powers those other dash lights. If that's the case, then you should either run the neons' power wire to the main ignition wire, run them off of constant power, or use a relay from an ignition circuit if you want them to only work with the car on.
