Ok, this might sound complicated, but let me first start off by saying i dont know alot about this particular subject....

one day while driving i noticed a truck with 2 bed rails with yellow neon in them, but the best part was when he hit his turning signal the neon flashed between yellow and red until the signal went off....

1st:  does anyone know where i can find neon like that
2nd: if i didnt do it exactly like that, does anyone know how to wire the neon to act as turn signals and hazard lights only??  (if possible, i would also make it where its the turn signal/hazard lights only when the parking or headlights are on)

oh yeah, it's an 05 Nissan Titan... I was thinking to just have them act as turning signals/hazard lights i can probably split the wire from the tail lights to the neon (after figuring out which ones are for the signals) & have it just be off until the signal is hit, and forget about the whole parking/driving lights idea...

does anyone think that will work? or will i end up blowing a fuse??

your going to have to setup a nice relay setup and obviously multiple strings of leds, try the relay forum.

yeah, i was thinking about it almost all week... i think i realized some things, but i just need to know how to hook up the relays now:

1st, the parking lights are separate bulbs from the turn signals, so i'll use 2 led bars for just parking lights (i can probably split the wire for the light going to the license plate bulb for this one)
2nd, for the turn signals i think i would need a relay to come on when the parking lights were on and the turn signal was hit, but instead i will have them ON with the parking lights and blink OFF when the signal is hit

so there will be a total of 4 led bars (2 for turn signals, 2 when the parking lights come on)....

how do i reverse the action to have it stay on, then turn off when the switch is hit??

so what do you think??
