I am building these led tail lights for my 93 mustang 5.0 I drew the plans on autocad.I cut the pieces out of lexan to secure the led's to then mount on the inside of my tail lights.Any advice is needed there is a total of 77 10mm led's per side,is that to many and also what is the best way to go about wiring it.

You could simplify things by using one or two Lumileds LXHL-LD3C leds. Use a constant current regulator as shown in the picture.
